Workflow Triggers
A workflow trigger adds a contact from an outside source, like a form on your own website, and starts a workflow in one step. Go to Automation, then click Workflows. Open the workflow you want to start, like Proposal Follow-Up.
At the top, click Trigger: Off. Click On to turn the trigger on. Click the copy button to copy the Trigger URL.
Give it to whoever manages your website, so their form sends new contacts to it. Then choose what happens if the email address is already in your database. The Technical Help With Workflow Triggers link has the details they need.
To stop the trigger at any time, click Off, then Close.
