WhiteLabelCRM Founder Tour
Jeff Shamus
Hi, I'm Jeff Shamus, founder of AllClients and WhiteLabelCRM.com. We've been white labeling our CRM since 2009, before anyone else was doing it. In the next few minutes, you'll see exactly what you get when you white label our CRM and resell it under your own brand.
You'll see what your customers see and what you see behind the scenes. Let's get started.
Narrator
Let's say you train real estate agents, and you call your platform Hilltop. This is what your customers see when they go to sign in. Your logo, your colors, your own web address. Nothing on this screen or in the product says AllClients, and it never will.
Here's Alex, one of your customers, signing in. This is Alex's dashboard: here's his to-dos, new contacts, and other important info from his database, all on one screen. Dashboards are customizable, so you'll probably want to design your own. Across the top are four menus: Contacts, Automation, Reports and Settings.
That's the whole system, and people find their way around on day one. Contacts is where your customers will spend most of their time. Here are Alex's contacts, sorted into clients, leads and past clients with categories. You can also filter by tags, sources and custom fields.
Pick a tag, like VIP, and the list narrows to just those people. Click on any contact to go to their contact record, and everything about this contact is in one place: Notes, to-dos, appointments, attachments and more. Under Automation, a landing page collects leads from Alex's website and drops them straight into the database.
A workflow then follows up automatically with notifications and emails in a sequence. You create those workflows for your customers, or they create their own. Boards show where each person is in the process. You can drag a card to move them ahead, or they can move automatically as part of a workflow.
Email goes out under Alex's own name and domain, and we manage the deliverability behind the scenes. And when Alex needs help, the training videos are right inside the system, branded as yours, not ours. That's the customer side.
Now let's take a look at what you use to set things up. This is your control panel. It's private, and your customers never see it. Every one of your customers is listed here.
If your customers need support, you can log in as them to help them out. Add a new customer here. It takes just a few clicks. You can also add customers automatically through the API.
Groups let you brand by audience. Say you coach real estate agents, mortgage brokers and insurance agents. Each group gets its own logo and color scheme. Plus, each group can have its own landing pages, email templates, dashboard layout, boards and workflows.
So when a new customer first logs in, their system is already built out, with your templates and your thinking in it. When we build your custom product, we set up which features your customers see, and even what things are called, so the system looks and talks the way your industry does. Content holds your pages: your training page, your own videos and your help links, all inside the system. Branding covers the sign-in logo, the browser icon and the mobile app name, so it's yours top to bottom.
Reports show usage and your billing at a glance. There's a full API, so you can connect the system to software you already run. If you're a software company, the API lets you build this into what you already sell. And that's the tour.
Jeff Shamus
Jeff here again. You saw how simple the system is for your customers, and that's the point. It's designed to be easy for the average small business owner.
This is different from a tool like GoHighLevel, which is a great product if your customers are technical and they need every feature there is. Most small businesses just need the basics and they'll appreciate the simplicity of your branded CRM. This is built to do four things well.
Contact management, lead capture, email marketing, and automated follow-up. When it's easy for your customers to actually use it, it reflects well on you and it makes what you offer stickier. In our model, your customers are 100% yours.
We'll never try to upsell them, and you'll never find our offers popping up in front of them. In fact, we will never contact your customers. They won't even know that AllClients exists.
You set the prices and you support your customers. We will train you, help you get started and be there for you whenever you need help. Your customers get a CRM with your name on it that they'll actually use.
You get a platform of your own, without building one. We build it, brand it, and launch it on your domain, and we will keep maintaining it for you. If you already have customers who trust you and you want to give them something of your own, let's talk.
Book a 20-minute Fit Call. You'll talk with me directly, not with a salesperson. I look forward to meeting you soon.
