Intelligent Links

An Intelligent Link starts a workflow when someone clicks a link in your email.

So the right follow-up goes out based on what each person chooses.

Say your email has a Read more button.

Anyone who clicks it can start a follow-up on its own.

Intelligent Links need a custom Email Sending Domain, so set that up first.

Open your template from Email Templates.

Click Intelligent Links.

Click Add Intelligent Link.

Open the Link list and choose the link you want.

You can also choose ANY Link Clicked, or Attachment Clicked.

Then choose the workflow to start.

Click Save.

Add one for each link, then click Close.

Now your email follows up for you, based on what people click.
