Add Links and Videos to Your Email
A link turns words or a button in your email into something people can click.
One click takes them to your website, a booking page, or anything else you want them to see.
You can also add a video, which shows as a picture with a play button.
Here is how to do both.
On Email Templates, click the edit icon next to a template to open it.
To link words, select them, then click the link icon.
Under Link type, choose Open web page, Send email, Make call or Send SMS.
For a web page, type its full web address in the Url box.
Then click Save.
To link a button, click the button.
Under Action, set the Link type and the address the same way.
To add a video, go to the Content tab and drag Video into your email.
Click Enter URL.
In the Url box, paste the address of your YouTube or Vimeo video.
The video's picture appears in your email, with a play button on top.
When someone clicks the picture, it takes them to your video.
Click Save Changes.
